For oversized cargoes, all the booking must get confirmation of COSCON (including the port of loading/discharge, the port of transshipment and the destination prior to accepting it. While said cargo to be accepted the ocean freight would be given to shipper based on actual slots occupied by cargo.
In applying booking, shipper should furnishes cargo details include actual measure of gross weight/ max width/ max high/ max length. If on flat-rack, shippers would also furnishes actual measures of over width/ over length/ over high and gross weight for easier check, it is very important. If shippers have any special request, please also include in it. |
