NEW STORAGE / DEMURRAGE + DETENTION REGULATION PORT OF HAMBURG

1. Storage


Storage Charges are separate and to be calculated according to valid Port of Hamburg Quay Tariff.

2a. Demurrage / Detention - Far East Service (Westbound)

In Hamburg there is no difference between demurrage and detention so that the following calculation scheme applies:

After 1st August 2008, from the 1st day after completion of discharge we grant 7 calender days freetime to our customers. Thereafter the following rates apply:

From day 8 to day 10:
EUR 15.- / 20DC/OT/FR/PL per day
EUR 30.- / 40DC/OT/FR/PL / 40HC per day
EUR 45.- / 20RF = special equipment per day
EUR 80.- / 40RF/RH = special equipment per day

From day 11 until redelivery into COSCO depot:
EUR 30.- / 20DC/OT/FR/PL per day
EUR 60.- / 40DC/OT/FR/PL / 40HC per day
EUR 90.- / 20RF special equipment per day
EUR 120.- / 40RF/RH special equipment per day

 2b. Demurrage / Detention - Far East Service (Eastbound)
 

In Hamburg there is no difference between demurrage and detention so that the following calculation scheme applies:

After 15th July 2010, with the next day of empty container pick up until the day of container load, we grant 10 days free time to our customers. Thererafter the following rates apply:

From day 11 to day 15
EUR 10.00 / 20' DC per day
EUR 30.00 / 20' RF/RQ/OT/FL/PL per day
EUR 20.00 / 40' DC/HQ per day
EUR 50.00 / 40' RF/RQ/OT/FL/PL per day

From day 16 until loading
EUR 20.00 / 20' DC per day
EUR 60.00 / 20' RF/RQ/OT/FL/PL per day
EUR 40.00 / 40' DC/HQ per day
EUR 80.00 / 40' RF/RQ/OT/FL/PL per day

In Bremerhaven there is no difference between demurrage and detention so that the following calculation scheme applies:

After 1st September 2008, from the 1st day after completion of discharge we grant 7 calender days freetime to our customers. Thereafter the following rates will apply:

EUR 30.- / 40DC / 40HC per day
EUR 45.- / 20OT/FR/RF/PL = special equipment per day
